Raw materials:

For the dough we need

• 1 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

• 1 cup water

Juice of 1 lemon.

• 1 pound flour

A little salt.

Filling:

Myzithra 1.5 kg

• 3 eggs

• 1 egg spreads.

Salt, preferably sea salt, a little mint and sesame seeds

Run in eight steps:

1. Agitate olive oil with lemon and salt water mix.

2. Add flour slowly while mold the dough until it becomes soft.

3.Open the dough into a sheet (not thin, nor thick) and cut into disks. You can usea glass.

4.To prepare the filling mix the cream cheese, eggs, mint and salt.

5.Put in one teaspoon filling in each leaf and fold it to become crescent.

6.Press with fingers or forks in a closed edges and sprinkle with some sesame seeds

7.Cook kalitsounia in the oven for about half an hour at 180 C or in pan. If the cooking is in the oven, brush with beaten egg before.
